David Bryant’s interest in birds and other wildlife started over fifty years ago: he and his wife Linda travelled thousands of miles around the UK building up life-lists of over 400 species, before giving up serious  twitching to concentrate on birds within twenty miles of their front door. Luckily, the front door in question  is located within one of the most productive birding regions of Norfolk: their ‘over the garden list’ includes Hen Harrier, Osprey and Caspian Tern!
