Blackmaled by Academia

Black men's attempts to fully participate in their own educational progress, through teaching and learning, are still being systematically frustrated at every turn, by a contemporary mindset that has its philosophical and organizing principles rooted in a passing regime. In Blackmaled by Academia, these authors are courageously reflecting higher levels of thought and new visions for the role and purpose of education for their communities and the world, being made possible by movements outside of academia, that refreshingly differ from current practices that serve no purpose, save to further disfranchise their futures.
