One day, Blue and Barry are enjoying a quiet afternoon when Pancakes bounds in with a surprise she's made a rocket out of balloons! And a whole planet named Balloonia! Blue and Barry agree to take a quick peek at Pancakes' creations, but what's meant to be a fun tour quickly turns into an ordeal as the gang finds themselves face to face with the biggest and meanest Balloonian of all BALLOON KONG!
