Born from Above

The book talks about how God in Christ Jesus reaches out to humanity that they may have the opportunity to be freed from the power of sin and death, as well as escape God's wrath to come. He does this by sending His only begotten Son to die at the cross as a substitute for our redemption. It talks of our sinful condition in our old being and the many scenarios believers are entangled with; the vain attempt to rise above such condition, the perpetual failure to do so, and the despair that accompany the struggles to live in the spiritual realm by our own effort.

It also talks of how one is made alive in the spirit and made a new being by God in Christ. It is through the provision of faith to believe in His only begotten Son, and the process of transformation we all must undergo. The knowledge embodied therein is indeed a liberating one for the topics discussed is seldom read in books or heard in the pulpit. It awakens all to the truth and reality of the Gospel message of God as revealed in Jesus Christ.
