Jim and the gang are called back to duty when Anna calls him, asking for their help. It seems a rancher down in south Florida, has a problem. Something is eating his herd of prize winning and experimental Brahma cattle. As the new Director of the South Regional Fish and Game office, the man's problem lands squarely in her lap. The rancher claims the animal, whatever it is, is coming from her Everglades National Park, to feed on his experimental cattle. She sends one of her top park rangers to investigate the rancher's losses. The ranger returns with disturbing news. It's big and unidentifiable, at least to Sgt. Wayne Shucks, who asks his boss for help. The Director immediately thinks of the group of fisherman, which actually enhanced her career, earlier at a lake called Pan. This group of fisherman is made up of all ex-service members of the different branches of the United States Armed Forces. With their vast array of military skills, lore of the southern fish animals and swamplands, they're ideal foe this assignment. If only she can drag them away from their bass fishing on Lake Pan.
