War looms in the horizon in England, and Frank, a troubled young man, feels lost and unprepared, until an unconventional mentor steps in and begins to prepare him for the difficult life of a soldier. Marcos H. N. Rossi is an executive, a life coach, and an inspirational writer. He teaches supply chain management and is also the author of the motivational book Flowers on the Balcony. Marcos lives in Miami, Florida, with his wife and two sons, Gianlucca and Gianpietro.
