In a perfect world, Natalie Tripper could get over herself. This isn't a perfect world. Natalie, a cancer survivor, lives in fear that people blame her for others' deaths. Anyone is a trigger for her guilt: friends, strangers, even family members. Jamie Owen might be different, though- even if Natalie knew her now-deceased sister. Meanwhile, rumors of a lost novel by Owen Church, acclaimed writer and Natalie's great-great-grandfather, begin circulating. Hoping to earn recognition in a family of renowned authors, Natalie looks for the book. Jamie offers her help, but can Natalie accept it when she's still haunted by her past?
