Brown Skin and Breast Cancer

Breast cancer in women of color seems to be a growing issue, however, there is not, or at least I didn't find much information to help me with issues that are unique to us. Brown skin, dark skin, olive skin. I'm sharing some of what worked for me. Not by any means as an expert. Just a middle aged, working class, single parent. Some of the different products I found to help me deal with my skin and hair. How I dealt with all of the different doctors. How I learned to deal with coworkers, family and friends. Most importantly, how I learned to deal with and heal my mind and spirit in the face of many obstacles, both professionally and personally.
