Brush Burn

Brush Burn is my fifth photo book in the ongoing series of gay-play books that represent my visual journal into a miniature world of action figures and make-believe. In this book, I continue to play with the illusion of space and scale, by photographing the action figures in real-life environments. Brush Burn is edgy, sexy, and risque. It is about the libertarian elements of nudity and sexual desire amoung men who choose to celebrate their sexuality. It is challenging because the photographs it contains, although not at all sexually explicit, are highly suggestive.
