Building Pathways Coaching Playbook

This workbook is utilized by Building Pathways, Inc. in Fort Worth, Texas. The mission of Building Pathways is to transform lives and communities by creating opportunities to encourage, educate, empower, and retain employees in the construction industry. In our model, Pathway Coaches meet with clients two - three times a week and engage them with life coaching, personal development, and serve as a liaison between them and their supervisor at their jobsite. Coaches perform weekly coaching calls with each client and ensure they complete their weekly personal development training.In addition to this, Pathway Coaches coordinate a monthly meeting with all the clients to elevate group cohesiveness, discuss progress, air out any grievances, and have a positively curated conversation or motivational speech. The content in this workbook steers the success of our coach-client interactions.
