Butt Naked Leadership: Having The Courage To Discover Your Purpose And Live Out Your Destiny With Confidence

When we come to a place of understanding the importance of becoming an influential leader, it will come from a place of caring for people and truly wanting to lead well. And one of the greatest lessons I have learned is that I have to lead myself first, which means I have to be in integrity with myself, I have to live my life purposefully and whatever I do builds others up and makes them better. It is my life's mission to empower women and help them realize their purpose. It breaks my heart to know that many women hold back their dreams because they do not believe in themselves. This book is about my personal journey of lacking confidence and having such a hunger for purpose in my life and finally having the courage to take the first step in my leadership journey. My intention is for women to understand that they will never truly be fulfilled unless they step out in faith to realize their dreams. I speak from my own experience. the title of this book is called Butt Naked Leadership because it's raw, It's my true journey of transformation and at times when I would speak at workshops, I would use the phrase butt naked for the women to understand the authenticity of my story.
