Can You Feel it ? What is it? The Animals' Surprise

Something is happening as evidenced by a strange, mysterious feeling in the air. What is it? Why is the air sizzling so much? Buck and Dosey Doe Deer and Mallie, Zack, and Mack Quack Duck do not have the answer. In fact, none of the animals seem to know what's happening. They get together to figure it out, but will the storm keep them from getting answers?
