Cases in Financial Management

These cases are designed to be used in advanced undergraduate corporate finance courses or Graduate/MBA corporate finance courses. There may also be appropriate to Honors sections of UG Corporate Finance or top undergraduate business schools in the country. These 14 new cases look at corporate financing decisions faced by a single company-PNC-including risk analysis, valuation, bond and stock valuation, cost of capital, capital budgeting: basic analysis, capital budgeting: risk and real options, capital structure, dividends and repurchases, financial forecasting, working capital management, leasing, mergers, and venture capital.
