Change Your Direction

The intention of this book is to create insight into where your particular problematic behaviors originated. The behaviors discussed are not hardwired, they the are ones learned through environment and childhood experiences. 

As readers progress through the lessons, they will begin to realize how they acquired the negative behaviors they wish to change. The quiz sections will help then help to define the path to change through determination, action and maintenance of the resulting new good behaviors.

While this book targets children, it can be beneficial to all ages, as it addresses issues individuals confront at any age. 

The format of the book helps to open the topics for serious discussion. While Change Your Direction does not offer "the" answer to everyone's problems, it does give direction and help individuals pinpoint areas in their lives that need addressing, then gives tips for how to begin that journey.
