Changing Tides

Lucian's perspective:
I refused to believe she died; it's why I couldn't stop. I will always be haunted by the voices of those I loved and lost. I know my family means well and it worries them the way I spend my time now. I had always hoped secretly I wasn't going crazy and for my life to turn out like my grandparents Charley and Sophie. However, at this point, if losing my mind and going a little crazy were my biggest problems then I might have been able to handle it.
