Chase the Lion

In pursuit of a second chance at life through sports, a group of amputee veterans form a wheelchair basketball team only to face corruption by their sponsor organization and the death of a teammate on their road to the Paralympics.It's modern-day Los Angeles, a time when soldiers are coming home from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Veterans are pouring into the cities at an alarming rate and everybody is welcoming them with open arms: "Thank You For Your Service".However, a majority of those veterans-our heroes-struggle with "coming home" and the loss of a life. This is a story of how some of those veterans embrace the change.
