At age 32, Evelyn Clarke was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent a lumpectomy in 1998. In this telling memoir of personal and medical triumph, she shares her approach to survival. Her willingness to survive has given her the strength to overcome this illness with the support and compassion from her family, hope and prayer, and above all, humor.
