Childhood Trauma

Have you healed the little girl/boy inside you? Have you faced whatever traumas that happened in your life or have you buried them? The generations before us normalized so many toxic traits that we don't even realize trauma as it stares us in the face. The little girls/boys growing up behind us needs us to realize and heal our little girl/boy inside of us in order to raise them up healthily. I am a woman who faced tremendous tumultuous trauma. And I unfortunately lived in it for years, I thought I was over it because I buried it; but when it rose to the top I had to start the true healing from it. The purpose in this collection is to share my story with you and show you that your current situation does not have to be your final destination, and it is never too late to move forward, heal and love yourself. That is the only way to get to the glorious stages of life. The peaceful stages. I hope this can be a guide to the next woman who still has that unhealed girl inside. Or the man who has his unhealed boy. I'm sending healing energy to everyone who picks this book up to read. I am here to let you know, you're worthy of loving and living with YOU!
