Surrender to Solace is a novelette that contains the true story of fifteen-year old Christopher and his three-year nightmare into drug-induced psychosis and subsequent suicide at eighteen years old. It is told by his mother, Diane Eskew. It is her recount of the terrifying, heartbreaking journey and the aftermath. It is meant to bring awareness to the reality of drug-induced psychosis and suicide among teens. It is also meant to be a celebration of the eighteen short years Christopher was here.
