City-Region Development in the Indian and Pacific Ocean Rims 2014

This book is a compilation of city-region project proposals written by the students of ATS3556-APG4556 "Urbanisation and Regional Development in the Indian and Pacific Ocean Rims" at Monash University in 2014. Each chapter focuses on a city-region within the Indian and Pacific Ocean rims and attempts to link theoretical and policy frameworks of urban and regional economic development with planning initiatives and strategies for sustainable urban development.
