The most startling secret in history has been lost in the rubble of World War II. The trail to recover it begins in Copenhagen in 1959 when an American agent contacts a Danish war orphan grown into Nordic beauty. The agent is killed. An American army veteran is recruited to contact the Dane; the same day he finds and joins her, an attempt is made to kill them both. Another murder attempt is made the following day, and more to follow. To recover the missing secret, the pair evades when they can, and battles when they can't, agents of the world's largest tyranny, whose mission is to murder the woman.
