Judgement has kept us in the same place for centuries: what we need now is a complete rethink. A new paradigm for business is emerging which emphasises connection and collaboration. This is easier said than done because it requires us as leaders to unlearn our conditioned responses and reject the mainstream way of being. This requires a degree of individuation to understand the interconnected nature of business, which challenges the need for a sense of belonging and inclusivity. As leaders the key is to sense the world of tomorrow and bring it into the present and colour enables that to happen much faster by facilitating the journey from the inside out.
