Communication skills are therefore essential for the successful future career of a student. In
today's competitive world, communication skills in business are the most sought after quality of an
educated person. Reading, writing and listening carefully are the three most important communication
skills for students.
It thus gives me immense pleasure in bringing out the first edition of this book as per the new
syllabus effective from June 2017. Great care has been taken to cover the whole syllabus concerning
different aspects of Communication Skills - II as prescribed in the new curricular syllabus for
Jharkhand.
