Community Housing Need Satisfaction

There are multiple areas for social work practice to play enabling, networking, advocacy and counseling roles to house the urban poor with low cost houses. Housing Policy that accommodates and encourages NGOs, local governments, private sectors and communities in need is required to provide the wider urban poor community with simple,decent and affordable houses. This book is all about to show the affordability issue in supplying residential houses in urban Ethiopia. Previous and current housing supply mechanisms were tried to demonstrate ways of supplying low cost houses in this book so as to draw lesson.
