An exploration of the visceral reactions, this short collection of poetry walks through a spectrum of feelings as the narrator guides us through the transitory and at times difficult elements of anger, sadness, fear, surprise, love, and joy. With over 100 poems, each poem is titled after an emotion, Compendium is a guide through the tumultuous process of acceptance-of grief, of joy, of the self-and ultimately healing.
