Computer Applications in Mental Health

This work provides examples of computer programs that have proved helpful in private and institutional treatment settings. Programs discussed include those used within the Veterans Administration system; a system to help choose the best reinforcers for patients in a behavioural program; a self-administered screening battery for community health centre settings; patient education programs for the chronic mentally ill; and a deadline reminder system. This monograph is also published simultaneously as "Computers in Human Services", volume 8, numbers 3 and 4.
