Conducting the Experiential Group: An Introduction to Group Dynamics is designed to provide a basic reference for both the group member and the group leader who might be in need of understanding and conducting a small group experience. The format of this book will provide clarity to the often nebulous field of group dynamics. In this work, experiential groups are treated as educational tools and vehicles for personal and social change.
