Confessions of a Trainee Adult

Confessions of a Trainee Adult is a poetry collection which will share the trials and challenges; the highs and lows of the journey to becoming an 'Adult'. This work explores themes relating to mental health, imposter syndrome, and finding happiness. It also expresses the importance of self-exploration, personal identity, self-confidence, positivity, self-reliance, and the search for contentment within one's self.
