World War III is over. The enemy won. Three surviving soldiers decide to make a life in a world no longer their own. Sergeant Major Conrad Manke, however, still thinks the war can be won. As their Commander, Conrad drags the three men around the world in a fruitless effort to defeat the enemy. The three men try to convince their superior to stop.
