This collection of essays covers a broad spectrum of Canadian problems in public law. The contributors have prepared the volume in honour of Dean Emeritus F.C. Cronkite of the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan. All former students of Professor Cronkite, they include some of the most eminent scholars and lawyers in the field.
