Contes D'Helium

In the first adventure the Helium Series, "The Helium Table," heavy medical books removed from a dining room table causing it to float out the front door. To be helpful, all the farm animals jump on the table to hold it down, but it stills floats like a balloon into space. By working together and collecting space junk, the animals bring the table home again. The adventure continues in the "The Helium Egg" In this escapade, Little Black Hen finds a soft blue egg, which rapidly expands and starts to float. The the barnyard animals are needed to sit on the egg to weigh it down down and keep it inside the barn. What hatches is a surprise to the animals and the reader. Little Black Hen continues her adventure in the final book, "Helium Heels" as she can't keep her ghost babies out of trouble in the barn. They meet a skunk, bathe in tomato juice, and paint the donkey's hoofs red with helium paint. This starts a fad which makes all the farm animals happy as they dance around the pasture.
