This publication contains the text of the Convention on Nuclear Safety, material relating to the process of its negotiation and adoption at the Diplomatic Conference held in Vienna, 14-17 June 1994, and the Final Act including an Annex entitled ""Someclarification with respect to procedural and financial arrangements, national reports and the conduct of review meetings, envisaged in the Convention on Nuclear Safety''.
