We have created this book to share some of the best recipes we have enjoyed over the years.

It is our belief that a blend of both African and East Indian cooking is definitely worth exploring.

Be it Briyani, Masala Fish, Kuku Paka (from main dishes), Dal, Moong Curry, Sonia (from basic recipes), or Dhokra, Fried Masala Cassava, Chicken Samosas (from snacks), you will now be able to make these from the step by step method given. Mom’s Caramel Pudding is delicious and worth attempting.
