Corporate Culture in Bulgaria - Reality and Challenges

The monograph explores the origin, status and trends in corporate culture in Bulgaria. National economic genotype is defined as a leading term for economic studies of culture and organizational behavior. Relationship with organizational practices is analyzed through the prism of business - maturity and development of social capital in the business units. The author attempts to impose social - anthropological approach to economic research.
