Corporate Governance and Bank Examination in Nigeria

This book seeks to bring out the roles of the board of directors, who are the custodians of Governance in their respective organizations, in ensuring that the human and material resources, governance structures, processes and systems are effectively utilized in achieving the organizational goals.
