Christopher Lamb's life changes when he is recruited by British Intelligence to create cover stories for agents in foreign countries. It seems like a perfect job for the mildly successful novelist, until one of his "creations" goes rogue.Now, tasked with retrieving his asset, he is plunged into a nightmare of conspiracies, betrayal and murder.
