Criteria of the Internal Regulations of the Democratic Parliament

For a good parliament, this study aims to be a guide for legislators, in order to develop the practice of establishing internal regulations of parliaments, and by identifying democratic standards that should be respected and observed in the preparation, drafting and editing of these internal regulations, thus contributing to the effective and high quality organization of the work of parliament.
