The Institute's increasingly blatant attacks have catalyzed a movement within the Agency and Company, leading them to unite as one Organization-on one condition: Crystal Farina's name on an Organization kill list.

Friendly elements within the Organization have restrained the assassins for now, but Crystal walks the infinitesimal line between letting the Institute level the city and staying out of the Organization's way.
