Culligan's Walk

We meet William Culligan just as he and his fellow sailors are washed ashore in South Carolina, just at the end of the Civil War. But as the story unfolds we learn of his childhood in New York, his years as a mountain man–a thousand experiences in the many jobs he took on, and his almost endless travels.

Vancouver to Texas to Mexico–New York to New Orleans–London to France to Africa. Gunfighter and rescuer, prospector and adventurer–he takes some lives and saves some lives.
