This is the second issue of a quarterly journal which sets out to promote and disseminate current research in the field of cytokines and molecular therapy, taking it through its transition from laboratory to clinic. The focus is on emerging therapies stemming from genetic manipulation, covering such topics as the physiological regulation of cytokines, the therapeutic role of cytokine receptors and their inhibitors and the broader issues of cancer immunotherapy and immunology.
