Dare To H.E.A.L.

This book is a personal account of my journey through my mental health diagnosis, downward spiral, and triumphant conquering of the disorder. I meet the reader on a level that all can connect with and relate to. It is honest, forthright, engaging, intuitive, funny, and as real as it gets.
