This is a story of one woman's love for her family, while she attempts to make sense of right and wrong. The final domino fell that fateful morning for her when her husband walked back into the house. Now everything in the life she had known had changed and was forever gone. The housing crisis of 2008 was the domino that tipped the United States economy into a downward spiral. The next domino to fall was the United States stock market in 2009, when stocks lost fifty sever percent of their pre-2008 value. By 2011, the United States economy was in a full-swing recession. Millions of people lost their jobs, their homes, their livelihoods, as well as their health insurance. Greed, power, and corruption collided into the faltering United States economy on December 5, 2011. This collision formed a perfect storm that imploded on a family's world and turned their life from living the American dream into living the American nightmare. This happened to real people.
