Two sets of identical twins marry, and both couples have daughters. These first cousins, Camilla and Karmen, are almost identical in appearance themselves, so much so that they are often mistaken for twins. As adults, they decide to trade places. They follow an elaborate ruse against an unsuspecting doctor who has his own secrets as well as a psychopathic hillbilly who is following his own path of revenge. What transpires is a weekend fraught with deceptions and secrets.
