Today, in these troubling times, many people believe Israel should be broken up and given away. But this nation has a mandate from God, Himself, to exist.  God even laid out the borders of the country. We know, from the Holy Bible, the word of God, that Jesus will rule and reign in that land. Jerusalem will be the capital city of the world. We expect to see many extraordinary events take place there soon pursuant to prophesies in God's word.

I long to illustrate the beauty of a nation God has ordained, as well as to provide insight into these heroes and heroines and the circumstances they faced.  People continue to tell me they don't understand the Bible. I want the reader to see it through the eyes of love.  As a Sunday school teacher, I have often told these same stories to my students.  I want to take you on a journey that will enhance your desire to study the Bible. This book is a story of the birth of a nation and God's unfailing promise to protect and preserve His chosen people.
