Now days as access to foreign capital becomes difficult, the use of domestic financial resource to promote investment and enhance economic development becomes inescapable necessity. Domestically a large portion of saving may comes from private household sector of the economy. Thus, this section of the economy needs a due surveillance and continuous supervision to empower them.
