This publication contains the text of the proceedings of the colloquium held on the occasion of the sixtieth anniversary of the International Court of Justice. Essentially focused upon the practical experience of the participants, the Colloquium was organized around three consecutive panels dealing with the following themes: issue of jurisdiction, procedural issues and issues of access to the court.
