»The Surveillance of Surfing Activities in Criminal Proceedings«: The surveillance of surfing habits on the internet is not explicitly regulated by law. The subject of the study is the consideration of the term »telecommunications« in unilateral Internet searches with regard to Art. 10 (1) Var. 3 GG and § 100a StPO. In addition to this consideration, other possible rights of surveillance, as well as the usability of such data under the protection of personality rights, are discussed in this dissertation.
