Disappear

Mara Finegan, a plucky newspaper journalist and her husband, John Finegan, an architect, have an idyllic marriage--until a distant part of Mara's life comes to destroy it all, a part even she had forgotten. All the facts and proof tell John one thing, but his gut tells him something else, something he cannot articulate or prove.
