Distraction Osteogenesis (DO), a well-established technique used for several decades by orthopaedic surgeons to repair long bone defects, has, over the past 15 years, gained acceptance for correction of various craniofacial deformities. There is drastic improvement in the technique as well as the in the devices. The aim of this book is to give the knowledge of the Distraction Osteogenesis starting from the history till the recent advancement to the readers.
