Everybody wants to be a winner. The goal of thisbook is to help leaders build a championship culturethrough conversations, activity prompts, and mindexercises. If these strategies are followed and implemented,it will raise the mental capacity, mental fortitude, andpreparation of any group or individual for the intensejourney to success. As I prepared to write, I realized that thismentality can be applied in sports, business, or any form ofleadership. Being a champion at every level of sports (highschool, college, and professional) as both a player and acoach, has given me insight into what it takes to build achampionship culture for long-term success. I felt it wasnecessary to share what I learned with others as a roadmapto the ultimate goal: SUCCESS.The title of this book is: Do It 4 the Culture. What isCulture? Culture is the foundation of any success or failure.It is the written and unwritten rules that we abide by thattake us down the path to our goal. It's the way we do thingsthat send messages and sets the bar for expected behavior.Culture includes our habits and directs our energy andemotion toward our goals. Culture is the embodiment of thegroup where everyone takes ownership of the outcomebefore the journey begins. It is what cultivates talent orhinders it. We are all simply the product of the culture thatwe establish and accept.
